Mesa Glow Refund Policy
Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our bath and body products, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges. We want you to love your self-care rituals as much as we love crafting them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our guidelines below:
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at orders@mesa-glow.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund for the item.
Skin Sensitivities & Satisfaction: We formulate our products specifically to condition and protect the skin barrier in harsh climates. Complete ingredient transparency is listed on every product page. If you experience an unexpected adverse reaction, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Cancellations: Because we work in small batches and process orders efficiently, order cancellations can only be requested within 2 hours of purchase.
