Mesa Glow Shipping Policy

Processing & Transit Times

All Mesa Glow products are handcrafted in small batches in El Paso, Texas.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for us to pack and ship your order. During peak holiday market seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Transit Times: We ship domestically across the United States via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days once handed over to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your label is printed.

Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $6 for orders under $50.

  • Free Shipping: Compliments of Mesa Glow on all domestic orders over $50.

☀️ Important Warm Weather Shipping Notice

Because our formulas rely on natural oils, honey, plant butters, and zero synthetic hardeners, our products are sensitive to extreme heat.

  • During summer months or if you live in an arid/high-heat region (like our home in the Southwest), please track your package closely and bring it indoors as soon as it arrives.

  • Mesa Glow is not responsible for products left in hot mailboxes or porches for extended periods. If a product softens in transit, placing it in a cool room or refrigerator for an hour will return it to its solid state without compromising its nourishing properties.
